Based on the information provided to the District, the proposed Project would not equal or exceed 9,000 square feet of educational space. Therefore, the District concludes that the proposed Project is not subject to District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review). 1. The project includes the removal of an existing building. In the event that any portion of an existing building will be renovated, partially demolished or removed, the project may be subject to District Rule 4002 (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants). The Asbestos Program covers most renovations and all demolition projects in the San Joaquin Valley air basin. Elements of the Program include Survey and Notification Requirements prior to beginning a project.
