State Route 88 Highway, Stockton APN: 10 1-180-18 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area designated as Zone AH. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 32-feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Piccolo Road has an existing and planned right-of-way of 60 feet. <br /> State Route 88 has an existing and planned right-of-way per Caltrans. <br /> The site is within the Phase 1 area of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES). <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features,including but not limited to <br /> fences,walls,private light standards,rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of- <br /> way.)(Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit,the driveway approach on Piccoli Road shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards <br /> Drawing No. R-14 [return radii for truck-trailer egress shall be designed to prevent encroachment <br /> onto opposing lanes of traffic]-(Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
