REFR Business Plan
6. OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT
6.1. MANAGEMENT: THC Logistics LLC dba "REFR" is a California Limited Liability
Company that is wholly owned by Tetra Holdings Company LLC. "REFR" is operated
by a CEO who is elected by the Board of Directors. Currently the business is under the
management of Patrick Byron. Mr. Byron's involvement with the Hemophilia
community gives him firsthand experience with the benefits of medical cannabis and
has made him a passionate advocate for safe access. Our CEO has a background in
manufacturing and process engineering and extensive experience leading a team to
accomplish production goals and meet strict deadlines in a high pressure work
environment. Patrick has 4 years of experience managing Retail Cannabis startups
and navigating the complex license and permit applications and approvals at the
state and local level. Mr. Byron has also served on the board of directors for several
community and international non-profit organizations as well as serving as a parks
and Rec. commissioner for the city of Rio Vista. We believe this broad range of
experience gives our CEO the skills needed to ensure this business is a success.
6.2. PERSONNEL PLAN: Below is an example of what our schedule might look like.
We would have 1-2 drivers per shift and one person in the office to start with and
add drivers as needed the first phase would begin after all necessary construction
and permitting has been completed.
