THC LOGISTICS SECURITY PLAN <br /> SECURITY PLAN OVERVIEW <br /> Applicant will implement a comprehensive security plan that addresses facility <br /> security, the alarm system, product security during transport, and the secure handling of <br /> all cash and other payments. Applicant's security plan is intended to prevent theft or <br /> diversion of cannabis while ensuring the safety and security of our employees and <br /> members of the community. <br /> This security plan is designed with the view that facility and product protection begin <br /> with the layout of the site and the facility floor plan as well as having clearly defined <br /> standard operating procedures. Applicant's facility and site,are designed to be secure, <br /> the facility will be equipped with a high resolution video surveillance system, interior <br /> area access controls, track and trace software, and a state of the art inventory control <br /> system designed for the cannabis industry. <br /> Applicant will also implement a comprehensive employee-training program, so that each <br /> employee understands their role in keeping the facility, themselves, and the community <br /> safe and secure. In addition to this the applicant will implement systems that facilitate <br /> access by local law enforcement to the site and facility. <br /> SECTION 1 - FACILITY SECURITY <br /> Exterior Security Plan <br /> Applicant's premises will be designed specifically for the delivery of cannabis. The <br /> facility is located in a well-lit, well-ventilated Light Industrial building with a single secure <br /> main entrance and a secure loading bay. A fence will surround the perimeter of the <br /> property with key card access required after 5:30pm to prevent unauthorized access to <br /> the property when the business is closing or after normal business hours. The premises <br /> are located on private property that will not be open to the public. <br /> The building has one main entrance through a man door and a secure loading bay with <br /> an automated roll up door. These doors shall remain closed and locked at all times <br /> except for access by authorized personnel. All doors (whether interior or exterior) shall <br /> have electronic surveillance and sounding alarm equipment to deter and detect <br /> unauthorized intrusion. <br /> The premises will have all necessary air-filtering, environmental controls, and circulation <br /> systems to ensure no noticeable odor is detectable outside of the facility. The exterior of <br /> the building shall be equipped with an automatic electronic alarm, lighting, and video <br /> monitoring to detect unwanted and unauthorized intrusion. Applicant, through planned <br /> improvements and security equipment installation will ensure that the building, people <br /> and product inside are safe from unwanted or negligent harm, and that products are not <br /> observable from outside the facility or from the exterior of any of our delivery vehicles. <br /> The exterior of the facility will be secured using commercial-grade, nonresidential door <br /> locks on all points of entry and exit to the licensed premises. <br />
