i THC LOGISTICS SECURITY PLAN Interior Security Plan The interior of the premises will be lit at all times and shall be divided into the main entrance Lobby/Waiting Room, a Reception and Office area, Employee break room, 2 Employee Bathrooms, an Executive Office, Secured loading and Unloading Bay, and a Limited Access Area for product storage and the storage of security equipment All areas of the facility where cannabis products or cash are stored for any reason, will be secured by an automatic locking device and shall have a sign posted at all entryways which shall be a minimum of 12 inches in height and 12 inches in length and shall state: Do Not Enter Limited Access Area Access Limited to Authorized Personnel Only Access thereto shall be limited to the following: 1. Employees having appropriate authority 2. Local law enforcement 3. Properly Badged and escorted Visitors 4. Emergency personnel performing their duties 5. City-sanctioned visitors Limited Access areas are identified on the floor plan as follows: 1. Secured Storage Limited Access Area 1. Temporary Storage Limited Access Area Each Limited access area, and the hallways in between, shall be equipped with real time electronic video cameras situated there about to ensure visibility of employees and escorted visitors working in the facility. Cameras will also be situated in and about the sensitive areas of the facility such as entrances and exits prevent the theft, loss or diversion of Cash or products. The various areas within the interior of the facility shall be securely separated from one another and only accessible by those employees whose job necessitates their entry into specific designated areas and who display proper identification. The main entrance, and all limited access areas within the facility will be equipped with biometric controlled or Key Fob type access panels that will allow access to authorized employees only. Further, this modern access control system will permit only authorized employees, at the time of their shift, into the area into which they are permitted. All other doors will be, and shall remain, securely locked at all times_ Electronic doors will be connected to a battery backup in case of power outage.
