All parking lot areas <br /> c. Facility emergency access roads <br /> d. All areas inside the facility including: <br /> I. . All limited access areas <br /> Il. All areas where cannabis is stored <br /> III. All areas where cannabis is shipped <br /> IV. All areas where cannabis is destroyed <br /> 3. Areas excluded from CCTV coverage are the following: <br /> a. Restroom Facilities <br /> b. Executive Office <br /> 4. Fixed cameras will be installed to provide a consistent recorded image that <br /> maximizes the quality of facial and body images. Cameras will be located to address <br /> the following: <br /> a. Backlighting and physical obstructions <br /> 5. Surveillance system display monitor will have a minimum screen size of 17 inches <br /> and will be connected to the electronic recording system at all times. <br /> 6. Electronic recording system will be maintained in good working order at all times. <br /> The Security Administrator will instruct each manager, employee, or agent <br /> overseeing the functioning of the surveillance system to immediately report to them, <br /> any malfunctioning or technical problems with the system. <br /> 7. Access to the electronic surveillance recording and control areas to the following: <br /> a. Employees essential to surveillance operations <br /> b. The Local Law Enforcement <br /> c. Security system service personnel <br /> d. Others when required by law. <br /> D. Applicant will also use a GPS asset tracker to geo-locate all individual packaged <br /> cannabis shipments destined for a qualified customer as well as the delivery vehicle at <br /> all times. The Bureau, law enforcement or local regulatory bodies will be given access <br /> to this data via IP or an iOS or Android <br /> application <br /> SECTION 4 - SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM <br /> The applicant will install an alarm system capable of meeting the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> 1. A licensee shall maintain an alarm system as defined in Business and Professions <br /> Code section 7590.1(n) at the licensed premises. <br /> 2. A licensee shall ensure a licensed alarm company operator or one or more of its <br /> registered alarm agents installs, maintains, monitors, and responds to the alarm <br /> system. <br />
