THC LOGISTIC'S SEXTT CITY PLAN <br /> 3. Upon request, a licensee shall make available to the Bureau all information related <br /> to the alarm system, monitoring, and alarm activity. <br /> SECTION 5 — PRODUCT SECURITY AND RECORDS <br /> Applicant will use the following inventory control methods to maintain a current inventory <br /> of all products used, purchased, sold and/or destroyed. <br /> Inventory Control System <br /> The State of California will implement a track and trace system to monitor the chain of <br /> custody of cannabis from the point of cultivation to the delivery to a licensed retailer or <br /> non-storefront retailer (aka delivery service). From there we will implement our own <br /> track and trace system through our Point of Sales Software. Applicant intends to <br /> purchase and implement software and services that are already operational in other <br /> jurisdiction throughout the state, as such, Applicant believes the software's products <br /> and services will allow Applicant to successfully manage inventory and report to the <br /> appropriate authorities any loss or diversion as required. <br /> Initial Inventory <br /> Prior to commencing business, Applicant will conduct an initial comprehensive inventory <br /> of all cannabis at the facility. If Applicant commences business with no cannabis on <br /> hand, Applicant will record this fact as the initial inventory <br /> Perpetual Inventory Protocol <br /> At regular, required and/or necessary intervals, Applicant will manage, check and <br /> monitor inventory, such that Applicant can accurately and consistently document <br /> the status of all cannabis and cannabis products in the applicant's possession. <br /> Annual Inventory <br /> A complete and accurate recording of all cannabis flower and products on hand <br /> will be prepared annually on or before the anniversary of the initial inventory under <br /> the direct supervision of the Agent-in-Charge. The Agent-in-Charge shall conduct and <br /> document a system-wide audit of the inventory of the establishment that is accounted <br /> for according to generally accepted accounting principles at least once every year. <br /> Inventory Discrepancy Procedures <br /> If an audit or random inventory check identifies a reduction in the amount of cannabis in <br /> the inventory of the establishment not due to documented causes, or in the event actual <br /> inventory counts to not match the recorded or expected counts, the Applicant shall <br /> determine where the loss has occurred and take and document corrective action. If the <br /> reduction in the amount of medical cannabis in the inventory of the establishment is due <br /> to suspected criminal activity by an employee, the Applicant shall report the employee <br /> to the Department and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. When a <br /> significant discrepancy in inventory occurs, the Agent-in-Charge will conduct an internal <br />
