SANJOAQUIN Environmental Health Department
C 0 U N i `r'
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 7/13/2019 to
9/13/2019 for CO0050314 located at
17000 E H WY 120
Activity Date Recorded by
08/27/2019 Called Mark Mcpherson to check on the status of the Jacketed tank that had an PE 2546 SAEED
6 min ammonia release on 08/13/19 and told me he could not get a contractor to work SC 544
on the tank. The tank is all evacuated, and will not be used until it is fixed perhaps
next year. The tank is isolated and no ammonia flows to this tank.
09/13/2019 Received the incident investigation report yesterday from Chuck Mitten with PE 2546 SAEED
30 min Franzia Winery. The incident investigation report stated that all the ammonia has SC 544
been removed from all jackets on the this tank and the facility need to isolate each
jacket to find the point of the leak. The facility will not introduce any ammonia back
to the jackets until the leaking jacket can be isolated or the leak has been
repaired. I printed the incident investigation report and attached to the incident. I
abated the complaint and submitted for review. I replied to the email asking Chuck
to keep me updated when they progress with the repair.
I printed the narratives for the complaint and attached to the report. I abated the
complaint and submitted for review. Any follow-ups for this complaint will be
tracked with the CalARP program for this facility (PR0527098).
