SANJ 0 A 4 U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> UUNIY <br /> Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 8/18/2019 to <br /> 9/16/2019 for C00050328 located at <br /> FRANZIA WINERY <br /> 17000 E HWY 120, RIPON <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 09/16/2019 Received the incident investigation report and the work order for maintaining and PE 2546 SAEED <br /> 60 min inspecting the chiller from Kevin Jones by email on 09/13/2019. Kevin stated in SC 544 <br /> the email, "One correction-We do not replace the expansion valve annually. We <br /> conduct a strainer service and inspection of valves and piping per the work order <br /> attached in accordance with our mechanical integrity program." I reviewed the <br /> report, and replied to the Kevin's email stating, " On page 4-the safety incident <br /> report, it looks like there are more items that were cut off at the bottom of the <br /> page. Can you please confirm if there are any additional information on this report <br /> to be provided." <br /> Kevin replied to my email today stating, "Below is a screenshot of the items below <br /> that appear to be cut off the print. The additional sections are internal review of <br /> the incident, corrective actions, and any other supporting documentation, such as <br /> the email I sent on Friday. These sections should not have any new facts <br /> pertaining to the incident." <br /> I reviewed , and replied to his email asking: Were there any future corrective <br /> actions/lessons learned from this incident? If any, can please provide a copy of <br /> the corrective actions list. <br /> Kevin replied to me email with "There were no future corrective actions associated <br /> from this incident." <br /> I printed the narratives, email, and attached to the report. I abated the complaint <br /> and submitted for review. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
