A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to Environmental Health Department approval. A permit for the percolation test must be obtained from the Environmental Health Department(Development Title Sections 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c),and 9-1110-5). d. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280). NOTE: The applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department written approval for winery waste removal to an approved site until Regional Board approval. e. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the soil suitability/nitrate loading findings(Development Title Sections 9-11103. and 9-1110.4) ,. i. f. The Environmental Health Department requires any abandoned wells to be destroyed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(Development Title Section 9-1115.5[e]).
