However, due
to the recent drought with in the State of California groundwater levels have dropped to more than
70 feet below the ground surface in the past. Recent sampling shows a recovery of the water table
to closer to past levels.
3. MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION HISTORY
The Monitoring Well Installation Workplan and Groundwater Sampling and Analysis Plan were
prepared on October 17, 2005. The workplan included the installation of three monitoring wells
and identified the constituents that were to be analyzed. The workplan with addendums was
approved by the Regional Board on February 9, 2006. The onsite monitoring wells were
constructed from March 13 to 17, 2006. Detailed well information is located in the Appendix.
Monitoring well locations are illustrated on Plate A3. Monitoring of the three site related
monitoring wells has occurred each quarter since the installation.
4. QUARTERLY MONITORING EVENT, FOURTH QUARTER 2018 EVENT
Groundwater measurements were collected on December 20, 2018 as part of the Fourth Quarter
2018 Sampling Event. The three monitoring wells were purged of at least three volumes of water
prior to sample collection. Samples were sent to California Agricultural & Environmental
Laboratory for analysis, However, Samples were transported by California Agricultural &
Environmental Laboratory to Precision Enviro-Tech Analytical Laboratory of Stockton CA for
ENVIRO ASSESSMENT,PC ENVIRONMENTAL•ENGINEERING•GEOLOGY
PHONE (844)742-7311 FAX (877)623-5493
