Soil Suitability and Nitrate Loading Evaluation Page 2 <br /> U of P-Golf Practice Facility Expansion <br /> 6301 West Eight Mile Road <br /> Stockton, California <br /> May 13, 2019 CTE Job#25-0711 G <br /> 1.0 GENERAL <br /> As requested, CTE CAL, Inc. (CTE) has completed Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading <br /> Study for the proposed golf practice facility residence to be located at 6301 West Eight <br /> Mile Road in Stockton, California. The following report includes information regarding <br /> the proposed development, past and present use of the property, area septic tank <br /> performance, permitting, and general soil and groundwater conditions in the project area. <br /> In addition, our assessment procedures, site conditions encountered during the field <br /> exploration and results of percolation tests performed at the site are presented herein. <br /> The purpose of this evaluation was to determine the suitability of the project site for <br /> onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) usage. The evaluation was performed in <br /> general accordance with the requirements of Section 9-10100C of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code. The following report includes information regarding the proposed <br /> development, past and present use of the property, area septic tank performance, <br /> permitting, and general soil and groundwater conditions in the project area. In addition, <br /> our assessment procedures, site conditions encountered during the field exploration and <br /> results of percolation tests performed at the site are presented herein. <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION/PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Number of the property is 055-280-01 as shown on Appendix A, <br /> attached. The project site is situated on a relatively flat rectangular shaped 339.8-acre <br /> parcel zoned as AG-40 (General Agriculture). West Eight Mile Road is located adjacent <br /> on the south side of the property. Development at the site is proposed to include a new <br /> 4,101 sf commercial building located within the southeastern portion of the property. <br /> The remainder of the property is expected to remain in use as the existing golf course (see <br /> Exploration Map Figure-2). <br /> CAL.INC <br />
