MATERIAL STORAGE <br /> One 500-gallon aboveground storage tank (AST) was observed 120 feet north of the <br /> residential dwelling in an area utilized for general storage. The AST appeared to be <br /> utilized for general fueling of residential equipment or vehicles. The AST was suspended <br /> approximately 5 feet utilizing a steel support rack; no evidence of spillage was apparent <br /> beneath the AST (i.e. staining). No other material storage of greater than 55 gallons or <br /> more were observed on the subject property or are known to have been historically <br /> utilized on the property. <br /> 8.0. SAMPLING AND RESULTS <br /> No sampling was performed for this investigation. <br /> 9.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> AGE performed an investigation into the current and historical uses of the property <br /> located at 31411 Kasson Road, Tracy, California, the subject property. San Joaquin <br /> County Development Ordinance Title 9 905.12(a) was used as a guideline to perform this <br />
