The water well is <br /> located in grass landscaped area approximately 50 feet south of the detached <br /> garage building. According to a permit, the water well draws water from 200 feet <br /> below surface grade. <br /> • The residence utilizes a septic tank system. The septic tank is located in the grass <br /> landscaped area approximately 25 feet east of the residence (according to San <br /> Joaquin County permit for septic tank). A septic leach field is located approximately <br /> 75 feet further east of the septic tank. <br /> • Ground mounted solar panels are located approximately 50 feet east of the <br /> detached garage. <br /> • An approximate 15'x30' cinder block building is utilized to house an electric <br /> transformer and electric control panel; the electric supply building is located <br /> approximately 120 feet southeast off the detached garage. <br /> • A small, storage-tool shed is located approximately 275 feet southwest of the <br /> detached garage. <br /> • The remaining property acreage contained trees, brush, and grass. <br /> • Surrounding property use in every direction is agricultural. <br /> 7.3. EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> The following was observed at the time of the property reconnaissance: <br /> Pits, ponds or lagoons with respect to waste treatment or disposal: not observed <br /> Stained soil or pavement, patched pavement: not observed <br /> Stressed vegetation (from causes other than insufficient water): not observed <br /> Fill dirt from unknown source, or contaminated source: not observed <br /> Solid waste (mounds or depressions suggesting waste disposal): not observed <br /> Waste water/storm water discharged into a drain, ditch or stream: not observed <br /> Wells(abandoned, irrigation,domestic, monitoring or oil and gas): one domestic water <br /> well observed approximately 50 feet east of the residential garage. An application to install <br /> the water well was submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health in August 2004. <br /> Dry wells: not observed <br /> Septic systems or cesspools: The property residence was served by a septic system; an <br /> application to install the septic systems was submitted to San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health in November 2004. <br />
