This means we need to over-drill 7 wells prior to excavation. Assuming we do this work in
November at the same time as pre-profiling for lead as mentioned previously, do you have a feel for timeframe so we
can begin soliciting drillers for availability and begin procurement?
See below documentation for your reference/files.
Thanks.
Jennifer Gruda, PE
TERRA PACIFIC GROUP
Senior Engineer
201.563.8661
jgruda@terrapq.com
From: Pat Barrese [mailto:pbarrese@terrapg.com]
Sent: Monday, October 21, 2013 1:46 PM
To: REHS Johnny Yoakum (jyoakum(absjcehd.com)
Cc: Jennifer Gruda
Subject: former vallejo mgp - soil gas well destruction - phone conversation from friday, 10-18
Johnny:
Good morning.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions regarding soil gas well destructions during our phone
conversation last Friday afternoon. I am sending this email to document my understanding of our discussion.
As discussed, my company is in the process of preparing for the remediation of the former Lodi manufactured gas plant
(MGP) site located at 712 South Sacramento Street in the City of Lodi. The remediation, which is currently scheduled to
begin in January 2014, will consist of excavating the complete foot print of the site to depths ranging from three to 25
1
