Former Busy Bee Dry Cledner - 2 - 7 February 2014
Lodi, San Joaquin County
years2. As such, the Site is considered a candidate for a NFA determination by the Central
Valley Water Board.
E2C has demonstrated that the monitoring well network and remedial equipment is no longer
necessary'. E2C must obtain the appropriate well abandonment permits from the San Joaquin
County Environmental Health Department before implementation of the system
decommissioning work plan. Central Valley Water Board staff will begin preparation of the NFA
documents. E2C needs to distribute a Public Notice/Fact Sheet within a two-block radius of the
project boundary to satisfy the 30-day public participation requirements.
Please notify us at least 72 hours before the decommissioning work begins so that we may
have the opportunity to observe the work.
Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding this letter at 916.464.4682 or
rcervantes c(,waterboards.ca.gov.
4At8p &VA,
Roberto Cervantes, PE
Site Cleanup Program
c: Wally Sandelin - City of Lodi Public Works
Adrienne Ellsaesser- San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Marguerite Brown - Brown, Brown, and Klass
2 PCE Trend Analysis and Mass Transport Calculations; E2C Remediation, 16 October 2013
3 Supplemental Batch Pumping Report of Findings; E2C Remediation, 27 November 2013
