I have attached a document containing current Waste Tire Laws and Regulations. During my inspections
I mainly check 3 things
1) TPID Certificate must be posted (this is mailed to you after you obtain a TPID number)
2) Manifests must be onsite and available for inspection
3) A tire count is conducted and tire storage methods are evaluated
I understand that this is a lot of information to include in 1 email. These inspections are fairly simple
and I will be able to explain everything more clearly during my initial inspection. You can call CalRecycle
and obtain your TPID number now, or I can assist you when I do my inspection once you have opened
for business.
If you have any questions or concerns you can respond to this email or call me at 209-468-3284. Please
let me know once you have opened,so I can conduct my initial inspection and answer any questions you
may have onsite.
Thank you,
Harprit S.
