Murphy Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
