A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> per(onned prior to recordation of Parcel Map on all parcels except Parcel 3. A review fee <br /> of$156.00 is required at tithe of submittal to the Environmental l lealth Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation <br /> hole iS required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B.
