However, I do urge that you consider <br /> the circumstances of this application and the opposition to <br /> it , in order to fully and fairly evaluate its merits and <br /> accompanying issues . <br /> During the years I was engaged in a private law practice in <br /> Stockton, I had occasion to represent Mrs . Dorothy Cady, a <br /> widow of Elmer Cady who developed a beautiful ranch with <br /> which the Stockton Sand and Gravel Company had a lease <br /> allowing for excavations .
