No excavation may be permitted into the ground water table <br /> without approval from the Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region. <br /> 2 . The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into <br /> any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution <br /> thereof . <br /> 3 . Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees ; to <br /> be analysied yearly to insure that it meets the safe drinking <br /> water bacteriological standards . <br /> 4 . Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all employees . <br /> Toilets must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner . <br /> 5 . Handwashing facilities must be provided on or near the approved <br /> chemical toilets . <br /> 6 .
