REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL EP-8i-9 ROSS PURVIANCE Condition No , 1 : This permit shall expire no later than 15 years from the date of conditional approval . Condition No . 2 : All proposed excavation and rehabilitation shall be completed prior to expiration of this permit in accordance with the revised excavation and Rehabilitation Schedule submitted as part of the proposed modification ( dated December 11 , 1984 ) . Condition No . 3 : Standard Excavation Conditions : The hours of operation section is modified to read: Excavation of approved areas within the 1320-foot setback line shown on the site plan shall be between the hours of 8 : 00 a. m. to 5 : 00 p.m. , Monday through Friday. Excavation and processing of excavated materials outside the 1320-foot setback line shown on the site plan may be conducted between 5 : 00 a.m. and 9 : 00 p.m. , Monday through Saturday. Condition No . 4 : All processing equipment shall be located east of the 1320-foot setback line shown on the site plan. Condition No . 5 : All stockpiling of soil , sand, gravel , or rock and the storage of salvageable or useable equipment or material shall be not less than 1320 feet easterly of the westerly property line . No such salvageable or useable equipment or material shall be visible from the westerly property line or Waverly Road. All equipment and material which is not salvageable or useable shall be removed from the premises prior to August 21 , 1988 . Condition No . 6 : Interior truck traffic, excavation, and processing operations shall not cause the exterior noise level at the westerly pro- perty line to exceed 65 dBA. Condition No. 7 : Standard Quarry Excavation Development Requirements per Section 9-2244 of the Planning Title shall apply. Condition No . 8 : Revised Conditions - 1 - (EP-81-9)
