December 19, 1984 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> RE: EP-81-9 MEETING: December 20, 1984 <br /> LOCATION: 8000 Waverly Road, Linden <br /> USE: To expand an existing quarry excavation from 712,000 cubic yards (46.5 Acres) <br /> to 1,025,000 cubic yards (67.1 acres). <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. No excavation may be permitted into the ground water table without approval <br /> from the Regional I-later Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> 2. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water course <br /> nor in any way contribute to the pollution thereof. <br /> 3. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees. <br /> 4. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all employees. Toilets must <br /> be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. <br /> 5. Handwashing facilities must be provided on or near the approved chemical <br /> toilets. <br /> 6. Backfill below new well pedestal . <br /> 7. Destroy improperly abandoned well on west side of property, under permit of the SJLHD. <br /> 8. Proposed gold mining operation must meet requirements of the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board and State Department of Health Services - Toxic Sub- <br /> stances Control Division <br /> Jack J.
