PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE
The property is located in a Limited Agricultural (AL) Zone designated by San Joaquin
County 2010 General Plan (http://www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us/commdev/cgi-bin/edd.exe). He stated that the Green family purchased the property in 1973. Prior to that, Mr.
Bud Reiger had owned the property since 1940.
The Green family has most recently planted the site with a rice crop, though Mr. Green
believes that it has also been use as pasture land historically.
IV.
