CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> ORDER NO. 90-050 <br /> RESCISSION OF CEASE AND DESIST ORDER NOS. 78-52 and j.9-1 AR �^�T <br /> r v''`16�VMtNTAL HEALTH <br /> FOR PERM /SERVICES <br /> CITY OF TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, <br /> (hereafter Board) finds that: <br /> 1. The Board adopted Cease and Desist Order No. 78-52 on 28 April 1978 against <br /> the City of Tracy, (hereafter Discharger) , directing compliance with <br /> requirements of Effluent Limits B.1, B.3, and B.7, and Provisions E.1 and <br /> E.2 of Order No. 77-182 according to a time schedule. <br /> 2. The Board adopted Order No. 79-123 on 25 May 1979 amending Cease and Desist <br /> Order No. 78-52 to allow the Discharger to allow acceptance of a proposed <br /> wet industry. <br /> 3. The Discharger has completed expansion of its wastewater treatment plant and <br /> has had a satisfactory compliance record for the past three years. <br /> 4. The Discharger has revised its pretreatment program to comply with present <br /> pretreatment standards. <br /> 5. The Discharger is in compliance with Cease and Desist Order No. 78-52. <br /> 6. The issuance of this Order is exempt from the provisions of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Section 21000, et seq.), in <br /> accordance with Section 15321(a) (2) , Title 14, California Code of <br /> Regulations. <br /> 7. The Board, on 22 February 1991, held a hearing and considered all evidence <br /> on this matter. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: <br /> 1. Cease and Desist Order Nos. 78-52 and 79-123 be rescinded. <br /> I, WILLIAM H.
