CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> ORDER NO. 91-051 <br /> RESCISSION OF CEASE AND DESIST ORDER NO. 79-54 <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, <br /> (hereafter Board) finds that: <br /> 1 . The Board adopted Cease and Desist Order No. 79-54 on 28 April 1978 against <br /> the City of Tracy, (hereafter Discharger) , directing compliance with <br /> requirements of Effluent Limits B.l.a, and B.l.b. of Order No. 77-182 <br /> according to a time schedule. <br /> 2. The Discharger has completed expansion of its wastewater treatment plant and <br /> has had a satisfactory compliance record for the past three years. <br /> 3. The Discharger is in compliance with Cease and Desist Order No. 79-54. <br /> 5. The issuance of this Order is exempt from the provisions of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Section 21000, et seq. ) , in <br /> accordance with Section 15321(a) (2) , Title 14, California Code of <br /> Regulations. <br /> 6. The Board, on 22 February 1991, held a hearing and considered all evidence <br /> on this matter. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: <br /> 1 . Cease and Desist Order No. 79-54 be rescinded. <br /> I, WILLIAM H.
