The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5.
5. The 30-day average daily dry weather discharge flow shall not exceed
5.5 million gallons per day (241 1/sec) prior to completion of the 9.0 mgd
treatment facility and 9.0 million gallons per day (394 1/sec) after
completion of the expanded facility.
6. The Discharger shall use the best practicable cost-effective control
technique currently available to limit mineralization to no more than a
reasonable increment.
