CA0079154 <br /> The City of Tracy has requested revision of the Cease and Desist Order, Board <br /> Order No. 78-52, which placed a ban on additional wet industry connections <br /> and required Tracy to reestablish compliance with waste discharge requirements <br /> issued to the City of Tracy on 24 June 1977, Board Order No. 77-182. The Board <br /> staff has recommended the Cease and Desist Order be amended to include a revi- <br /> sion Order No. 77-182 which relaxes the suspended solids effluent limitation. <br /> DATE: 26 June 1981 <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> PLACE: Tracy Community Center <br /> 300 East Tenth Street <br /> Tracy, California <br /> Interested persons are invited to attend to express their views on the issues <br /> relating to the above waste discharge.
