SPECIAL ORDER NO. <br /> CITY OF TRACY -2- <br /> 7. Amendment of the City of Tracy's Waste Discharge Requirements and Cease <br /> and Desist Orders is exempt from the provisions of the California Environ- <br /> mental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Section 21000, et seq. ) in <br /> accordance with the California Water Code, Sections 13389 and 2714(n) (2) , <br /> Chapter 3, Title 23. <br /> 8. On 26 June 1981 , at the Tracy Community Center, Tracy, California, after <br /> due notice to the City and other affected persons, the Board conducted a <br /> public hearing at which the Discharger appeared and evidence was received <br /> concerning modification of these Orders. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: <br /> 1 . Effluent Limitation B.l .b of Order 77-182 (CA0079154) is hereby amended <br /> with respect to the Total Suspended Matter only to read as follows: <br /> "B. Effluent Limitations: <br /> 1 . The discharge of an effluent in excess of the following limits `s <br /> prohibited: <br /> 30-Day 7-Day Daily <br /> Constituent Units Average Average Maximum <br /> Total Suspended mg/l 30 40 50 <br /> Matter lbs/day* 1380 1835 2294 <br /> kg/day* 630 834 1043 " <br /> 2. It is further ordered that the TSM limit of Finding 2 of Order 73 <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "B. Effluent Limitations: <br /> 1 .
