On 24 June 1977, the Board adopted Order No. 77-182, NPDES Permit No. <br /> CA0079154, prescribing waste discharge requirements for the City of Tracy <br /> Wastewater Treatment Facility. <br /> 2. The discharge requirements provide , in part, as follows: <br /> "B. Effluent Limitations : <br /> "I . The discharge of an effluent in excess of the following limits <br /> is prohibited: <br /> 30-day 7-day 30-day Daily <br /> Constituent Units Average Average Median Maximum <br /> a. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater <br /> than 8.5. <br /> "7. Survival of test fishes in 96-hour bioassays of undiluted waste <br /> shall be no less than : <br /> Minimum, any one bioassay . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . 70% <br /> Median, any three or more consecutive bioassays . . . . 90% <br />
