Our project will have large detention <br />ponds on the ends, which will also function as a passive water feature as listed under East Park guidelines. <br />Service, loading and storage areas: Our truck docks are tucked in along the sides of the building, which allows us to create a <br />truck traffic loop for ease of circulation while also separating the truck path from pedestrian circulation.
