-3- <br />Community Development Department <br />PA-1900126 (IP) <br />Proprietary storm drainage treatment devices used in any system shall be approved for use by a <br />major California city, Caltrans, or the Washington State DOT and shall be the last resort of the <br />developer to comply with the 2009 SWQCCP. Latitude and Longitude of all treatment devised <br />shall be obtained by use of a global positioning system and reported to the Department of <br />Public Works. Property owner shall execute an agreement and record a deed restriction, in a <br />form acceptable to the Department of Public Works, regarding maintenance and perpetuation of <br />the installed systems. Property owner shall be responsible for the ongoing operation and <br />maintenance of any system installed unless the system is accepted for maintenance by a <br />government agency. <br />Owner shall be responsible for providing the Department of Public Works with an annual report <br />of operation and maintenance of any system. The property owner shall also be responsible for <br />the payment to the Department of Public Works of an annual system inspection fee established <br />by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors. <br />A Maintenance Plan shall be submitted and the execution of a Maintenance Agreement with the <br />Department of Public Works will be required for the owner/operator of storm water controls. <br />The Ground Lease with the County shall be amended to include the maintenance Agreement <br />prior to the release of the building permit. <br />Standard Best management practices for the type of development proposed shall be <br />incorporated into the site storm drainage design. <br />Permit Registration Documents (PRD's) shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control <br />Board (SWRCB) to comply with the State "General Permit for Storm Water Discharges <br />Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) Number <br />issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file. Coverage under the SWRCB General <br />Construction Permit Order 2009-0009-DWQ shall be maintained throughout the duration of all <br />phases of the project. <br />Wastewater shall NOT be allowed into the storm drainage system. <br />A watercourse Encroachment Permit shall be obtained from the Department of Public Works <br />for work done on Weber Slough's channel and within 25-feet of the top of its banks. <br />k. All new structures shall be setback a minimum of 25-feet from the top of banks of Weber <br />Slough. <br />AT: CH
