5.0 INTERVIEWS
5.1 Interview with Client
Mr. Foroutan was interviewed by telephone on May 3, 2018. At this time, he
indicated that he has owned the Site since June of 2017. Mr. Foroutan stated
that all three homes and the shed on the Site were built in the year 2004 or later.
The homes receive municipal water. He indicated that the house on Stockton
Street shares a septic system with the smaller house; the house on Alice Avenue
has its own septic system. Mr. Foroutan added that the small house is vacant,
and he only uses it occasionally when visiting the area.
He stated that he was not aware of any fuel tanks, chemical storage, automotive
maintenance, dumping of hazardous materials, or other environmental issues
with the potential to impact the Site.
6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS
6.1 _Environmental Health Department Records
Hazardous Materials Records
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted
regarding the Site addresses of 8505 West Stockton Street and 8500 West Alice
Avenue, Thornton.
