In the 1963 photo, more new houses can be seen on nearby properties. The <br /> industrial facility to the east has again expanded. No other significant changes <br /> are apparent. <br /> In the 1975 and 1998 photos, no significant changes are apparent. <br /> In the 2005 photo, a house can be seen on the south side of the Site. <br /> In the 2007 photo, a house can be seen on the north side of the Site. The <br /> gazebo can be seen adjacent to the house on the south side of the Site. <br /> In the 2014 photo, a small house can be seen on the west side of the Site. A <br /> small shed can be seen on the east side of the Site. <br /> These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. <br /> 4.0 SITE INSPECTION <br /> Live Oak inspected the site on May 1, 2018. Photographs of the Site are <br /> attached to this report as Appendix 2. No structures were entered. The ground <br /> surface was not visible in many locations due to the presence of objects and <br /> vegetation. <br /> The Site is a residential parcel located in Thornton. It is bounded by Stockton <br /> Street on the south and Alice Avenue on the north. Three houses, a shed, a <br /> gazebo, and a temporary greenhouse are located on the Site. A fence separates <br /> the northern house on Alice Avenue from the remaining structures on the Site. <br /> At the house on Alice Avenue, a few tires, two plastic buckets, and four quart- <br /> size containers were stored next to the driveway. In the backyard of the houses <br /> on Stockton Street, a backpack-style sprayer was sitting near the greenhouse. <br /> The adjacent parcels to the north and east were residential. To the south of the <br /> Site, across Stockton Street, were the Thornton post office and a municipal water <br /> well. To the west of the Site were a convenience store, two other small <br /> storefronts, and two residences. <br /> LOGE 1822 3 <br />
