EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The septic system servicing the existing structure consists of a 1,200-gallon septic tank <br /> with two compartments and three 70-foot long leach lines. The septic tank and leach lines <br /> are located to the west and south of the structure on the property. The system is permitted <br /> for a three-bedroom residence and is utilized by six people 365 days/year. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> Only one septic permit is on record at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD). The permit on record for 11560 West Clover Road, Tracy, California, <br /> indicates that the septic system as described above was installed in July 1977 <br /> (Appendix B). <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no records of repairs performed on the existing septic system installed in 1977. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for residential land use. The adjoining property to the <br /> west is vacant and the property to the east is single-family residential. The properties to <br /> the north, across West Clover Road are single- and multi-family residential. The site is <br /> bordered to the south by Highway 205. Several liquid waste permits are on record at the <br /> EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the site property. <br /> 3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The following is a summary of information based on new septic system installation permits <br /> currently on file with EHD. <br /> ADDRESS: 11500 West Clover Road <br /> LOCATION: Adjacent property, 85 feet east of property <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit date 1982; new construction of septic system. <br /> ADDRESS: 11541 West Clover Road <br /> LOCATION: 100 feet north of property <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit date 1993; new construction of septic system; new <br /> 1,200-gallon tank and D-Box. <br />
