Site Description <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for the Site is 055-220-16. The parcel is <br /> approximately 14 acres in size and is owned by Mr. Tacsion. The County project <br /> application number is PA-1900055. <br /> The Site currently contains the church, a house, a small guesthouse, and a barn. One <br /> domestic water well and two septic systems are located the Site. The remainder of the <br /> Site is open land (Plate 3). <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic <br /> map, is approximately 17 to 19 feet above mean sea level. The Site is relatively flat <br /> (Plate 4). <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us), the subject property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture <br /> with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises." <br /> Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> Existing Septic System <br /> According to Mr. Tacsion, two septic systems are located on the Site, one at the house <br /> and one at the church. - <br /> Proposed Septic System <br /> Mr. Tacsion indicated that the existing church septic system will be expanded to <br /> accommodate the additional parishioners. <br /> On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department septic permits were searched <br /> for the Site address. Five septic permits were identified: <br /> • June 1976 permit for the addition of a 40' leach line and a 2' by 10' by 25' sump <br /> to the existing residential system. <br /> • April 1989 permit for a replacement system at the residence utilizing a 1,200- <br /> gallon tank, two 75' leach lines, and two 33"-diameter by 25'-deep seepage pits. <br /> • March 2001 septic system consultation to "verify septic meets minimum distance <br /> from proposed pool." <br /> LOGE 1917 Page 2 <br />
