CONTiNUATION FORM i Paf- - 7 <br /> 1D9;Fi0z!AL INSPECTION RED'ORT 09/20/11 <br /> 1051 Sperry Rd., Stockton <br /> -SUMNIAKY v.*- VIULAIIUNb <br /> iCLASS i.GLA56 ii.or MiNOR-Noxice io%:;omuivi <br /> Notes: (continued) (corrected on site) <br /> A spill pallet in the hazardous waste storage building was observed with standing liquid in the bottom. <br /> A fire extinguisher was observed in the maintenance shop near the aerosol can storage container <br /> without a current maintenance inspection-, the inspection was last conducted on June 10, 2010. All <br /> facility communications and alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and <br /> decontamination equipment, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation <br /> in time of emergency. Spill pallets shall be maintained clean and dry at all times so as to detect a leak at <br /> the earliest opportunity. The spill pallet was cleaned out and the fire extinguisher was replaced with a <br /> current fire extinguisher at the time of inspection. <br /> - Used fluorescent bulbs and aerosol cans in the maintenance shop, aerosol cans in the hazardous <br /> waste storage building, and electronic waste in the electronics room and headquarters building were <br /> observed without universal waste labeling. A generator shall label or mark universal waste with the <br /> words 'Universal Waste' and the type of waste (batteries, mercury containing equipment, lamps/bulbs, <br /> electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass, aerosol cans).
