This will <br /> no longer occur. <br /> 4) Will be monitored on in-house inspections. <br /> Violation 605: The hazardous property box on label was not marked. <br /> Corrective action: 1) The property box on label was marked with an "X" <br /> 2) The 6 requirement for label marking were reviewed at <br /> employee meetings. <br /> 3) Additional labels were ordered and special attention <br /> will be given to ensure the property box has an "X". <br /> 4) Will be monitored on in-house inspections. <br />
