4. Check the drain valve for proper operation. Move Adjustment <br /> i <br /> the handle to the closed position (Figure 4). <br /> 1. Move the handle to the open position. and loosen <br /> the hex screw <br /> y + 2. Pull up on the drain assembly slightly to unseat it <br /> from the bottom of the bucket. <br /> 3. Adjust the handle. <br /> • If the handle is too tight, move the handle away <br /> from the center of the riser <br /> -= If the handle is too loose, move the handle <br /> /✓ towards the center of the riser <br /> �J 4. Once repositioned. firmly push down on the lower <br /> ring to make sure the drain valve is seated fully. <br /> / 5. Re-tighten the hex screw (80-100 in-lbs). <br /> 6. Re-check the drain valve for proper operation. <br /> i <br /> 7. Re-install the foam filter and the stainless steel <br /> _- retainer ring. <br /> Figure 4:Drain Valve Installed <br /> 5. The handle should have a positive "snap" <br /> feeling. If the handle is too hard to close or too <br /> loose (no snap), re-adjust the handle per the <br /> "ADJUSTMENT" instructions. <br /> 6.
