All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br /> gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. The technician cleaned and <br /> replaced "0" rings in the diesel and the 91 spill containers and cleaned the drain valve in the 87 spill container and <br /> retested all spill containers with passing results. This was corrected at the time of inspection. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection (via email) and its receipt wa: <br /> verified at the time of inspection. The EHD has written the complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS <br /> FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> (Received by: Date: Inspector: Inspector Phone: <br /> Printed Name and Title: ELENA MANZO, Senior REHS (209) 953-7699 <br /> Page 7 of 7 <br />
