The Diesel 87 and 91 spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br /> capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill <br /> container under permit and inspection of the EHD. The drain valve was cleaned and the o-ring was <br /> checked on the Phil-tite spill bucket, retested and passed. <br /> 314. The light used as part of the overfill prevention system is not currently functional on the UST <br /> system.
