July 21, 1999
NOA ENVIRONMENTP r PROJECT NUMBER E99130
There are a few small dairies in the area of the subject property to the southwest. No waste discharge
streams were observed from these dairies that would impact the subject property. In addition, none
of these dairies appeared to be large enough to require a Regional Water Quality Control Board
waste discharge permit. A large dairy, the Machado& Machado Dairy, is listed by the San Joaquin
County Environmental Health Department as an underground storage tank location. However, the
Machado & Machado Dairy is located at a distance and direction hydraulically down gradient
(approximately 1 mile south)that it is not expected to pose a threat of adverse impact to the subject
property.
III.
