Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1940, 1952, 1963, 1975, and 1983 were <br /> reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. <br /> The aerial photograph dated 1940 depicts the subject property as undeveloped grassland or pasture <br /> land. A large pond is visible near the middle of the property and a smaller pond is visible in the <br /> northeastern section of the property. A portion of the adjoining property to the north is a rectangular <br /> shaped section located on the south side of West Ripon Road which is depicted as undeveloped land. <br /> The remainder of adjoining property to the north is West Ripon Road, beyond which is agricultural <br /> land and rural residential. Adjoining property to the south is undeveloped grassland or pasture land. <br /> Adjoining property to the east is Manteca Road, beyond which is agricultural land. Adjoining <br /> property to the west is Union Road, beyond which is agriculti,ral land. <br /> The aerial photograph dated 1952 depicts the subject property as pasture land and agricultural land. <br /> The two ponds are still visible on the subject property. A portion of the adjoining property to the <br /> north is a rectangular shaped section of land located on the south side of West Ripon Road. In that <br /> section is one structure. The remainder of adjoining property to the north is West Ripon Road, <br /> beyond which is agricultural land, orchards, and rural residential. Adjoining property to the south is <br /> an irrigation ditch and a dirt access road, beyond which is agricultural land and a rural residence. <br /> Adjoining property to the east is Manteca Road, beyond which is agricultural land. Adjoining <br /> property to the west is Union road, across which is agricultural land. <br /> The aerial photograph dated 1963 depicts the subject property as pasture land and agricultural land. <br /> One pond is visible near the middle of the subject property. The pond located in the northeast section <br /> of the subject property appears to have dried up and is barely visible. A portion of the adjoining <br /> property to the north is a rectangular shaped section of land located on the south side of West Ripon <br /> Road. In that section are now four residential homes and several outbuildings. The remainder of <br /> adjoining property to the north is West Ripon Road, beyond which is agricultural land, orchards, and <br /> rural residential. Adjoining property to the south is an irrigation ditch and a dirt access road, beyond <br /> which is agricultural land and a rural residence. Adjoining property to the east is Manteca Road, <br /> beyond which is agricultural land. Adjoining property to the west is Union road, across which is <br /> agricultural land. <br /> The aerial photographs dated 1975 and 1983 depict the subject property and adjoining properties as <br /> basically unchanged from the 1963 photograph. <br /> 10 <br />
