USGS Topographic Maas <br /> Topographic maps published in 1915, 1952, 1969, 1969 photorevised 1980, and 1969 photorevised <br /> 1980 with minor revisions in 1994 that depict the subject property were reviewed at the California <br /> State Library in Sacramento, California. <br /> The USGS Ripon, California quadrangle, edition of 1915, scale 1:31680, depicts the subject property <br /> as undeveloped land located at an elevation of approximately 30 feet above mean sea level. A portion <br /> of the adjoining property to the north is a rectangular shaped section located on the south side of an <br /> unnamed road which is depicted as undeveloped land. The remainder of adjoining property to the <br /> north is an unnamed road, beyond which is undeveloped land. Adjoining properties to the south, east <br /> and west are undeveloped land. <br /> The USGS Ripon, California 7.5 minute quadrangle, edition of 1952, depicts the subject property as <br /> undeveloped land. Two ponds are depicted on the subject property, one in the middle and one in the <br /> northeast section of the subject property. A portion of the adjoining property to the north is a <br /> rectangular shaped section located on the south side of West Ripon Road, which is depicted as <br /> undeveloped land. The remainder of adjoining property to the north is West Ripon Road, beyond <br /> which are rural residential,orchards and vacant land. Adjoining property to the south is undeveloped <br /> land and one rural residential type structure. Adjoining property to the east is Manteca Road,beyond <br /> which is undeveloped land.
