NOA ENVIRONMENTAL
22 HOUSTON LANE
LODI,CALIFORNIA 95240
July 21, 1999 PHONE 209.367.3701
NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER E99130
FAX 209.333.8303
SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT
JACKLICH FAMILY TRUST PROPERTY
7000 WEST RIPON ROAD
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 257-230-04
MANTECA, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
I. SUMMARY
NOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Mr. James F. Lewis, Esquire, Attorney for the
Frank C. Jacklich and Bianca M. Jacklich Family Trust to conduct a Surface and Subsurface
Contamination Report for property located on the south side of West Ripon Road between Union
Road and South Manteca Road in Manteca, San Joaquin County, California(subject property). The
subject property is approximately 150 acres in size, has been assigned Assessor's Parcel Number 257-
230-04 and the address of 7000 West Ripon Road.
The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent
feasible, any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land
uses. The Jacklich Family Trust does not have any plans to develop the subject property at
this time.
Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and regional and local agencies were contacted in
order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The
search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties, and to properties within a search
radius of one-quarter (1/4) mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property
background and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the
topography, soil type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are
discussed. Interviews were conducted, and a site reconnaissance was completed. The data pertinent
to this investigation can be found in the body of this document. The primary investigators for the
assessment were Ms. Crystal Stech, and Mr. Robert Nicholson, R.E.A. #1-01326.
1
