SUMMARY <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Mr. James F. Lewis, Esquire, Attorney for the <br /> Frank C. Jacklich and Bianca M. Jacklich Family Trust to conduct a Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report for property located on the south side of West Ripon Road between Union <br /> Road and South Manteca Road in Manteca, San Joaquin County, California(subject property). The <br /> subject property is approximately 150 acres in size,has been assigned Assessor's Parcel Number 257- <br /> 230-04 and the address of 7000 West Ripon Road. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent <br /> feasible, any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land <br /> uses. The Jacklich Family Trust does not have any plans to develop the subject property at <br /> this time. <br /> Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and regional and local agencies were contacted in <br /> order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The <br /> search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties, and to properties within a search <br /> radius of one-quarter (1/4) mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property <br /> background and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the <br /> topography, soil type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are <br /> discussed. Interviews were conducted, and a site reconnaissance was completed. The data pertinent <br /> to this investigation can be found in the body of this document. The primary investigators for the <br /> assessment were Ms. Crystal Stech, and Mr. Robert Nicholson, R.E.A. #1-01326. <br /> 1 <br />
