WATER WELL: Well was tested no known problems. STRUCTURE: Residence. OWNER: Ms. Joanne Sanchanez,owner since 1939. LOCATION: 6546 W.Ripon Road SEPTIC SYSTEM: Underground septic system,unknown age, 2 leach lines of 200 foot length,no known problems with septic system. WATER WELL: Well was tested,no known problems. Depth to ground water about 10 feet. STRUCTURE: Residence. OWNER: Mr. Ross Mc Ferren,owner since 1963. LOCATION: 6645 W. Ripon Road SEPTIC SYSTEM: Underground septic system,unknown age,3 leach lines of 12 foot length,no known problems with septic system. WATER WELL: Well was tested,found parasites.Depth to ground water about 10 feet. A search of relevant septic system and well permit records from the files of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division was conducted for addresses near 7000 E. West Ripon Road.
