k' ■ KLEINFELDER
(expanded by '/4 mile) than specified to compensate for potential plotting errors. EDR searched
all databases (both ASTM and non-ASTM) out to one and one-quarter miles. Therefore, the
EDR report in the appendix shows many sites outside of the ASTM search distance specified.
The text of this document reflects our review of the EDR report and includes only those sites
which fall within the specified ASTM search distances and which appear on the ASTM lists.
The non-ASTM listings were reviewed for references to the subject site only.
4.1.2 Federal Listings
NPL Properties (01/19/99)
The National Priorities List (NPL) includes sites which the United States Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) considers threats to public health and the environment, and for which
Superfund money has been allocated. The NPL is derived from the CERCLIS List and identifies
over 1,200 sites across the country for priority cleanup under the SuperfUnd program. The list is
primarily based on a score that the site receives from the EPA's Hazard Ranking System.
There are no NPL sites located on or within a one-mile search distance to the project site.
RCRA CORRACTS TSD Properties (12/01/98)
The EPA maintains a database of RCRA facilities that have gone or are undergoing "corrective
action". A "corrective action order' is issued pursuant to RCRA Section 3008 (h) when there
has been a release of hazardous waste or constituents into the environment from a RCRA facility.
Corrective actions may be required beyond the facility's boundary and can be required regardless
of when the release occurred, even if it predates RCRA. This portion of EPA's RCRA database
contains information on Treatment, Storage or Disposal facilities with corrective action activity.
There are no RCRA CORRACTS TSD sites located on or within a one-mile search distance to
the project site.
CERCLIS Properties (11/10/98)
The CERCLIS contains information on potentially hazardous waste sites that have been reported
to the EPA pursuant to the Cotiiprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and
Liability Act(the Superfund program).
There are no CERCLIS sites located on or within a one-half mile search distance to the project
site.
RCRA non-CORRACTS TSD Properties (01/04/99)
This portion of the RCRA database lists Treatment Storage and Disposal facilities which are not
currently under a corrective action order. There are no non-CORRACTS TSD listed properties
located within a half-mile search distance to the site.
There are no RCRA non-CORRACTS TSD sites located on or within a half-mile search distance
to the project site.
20-4322-0I.P01/2019R547 Page 9 of 23
Copyright 1999, Kleinfelder, Inc.
