�' ■ KLEINFELDER <br /> RCRA Generators (01/04/99) <br /> The portion of the RCRA database contains information on reporting facilities that generate <br /> hazardous wastes as defined by the RCRA. <br /> There are no RCRA generator sites located on or adjacent to the project site. <br /> ERNS (12/31/98) <br /> The ERNS is a national database that contains information from spill reports made to federal <br /> authorities including the EPA. the-United States Coast Guard, the National Response Center and <br /> the Department of Transportation. This reporting system contains preliminary information on <br /> specific releases, including spill location, substance, and responsible party. <br /> There are no ERNS incidents located on the project site. <br /> 4.1.3 State of California Listin�-s <br /> Cal-Sites (01/04/99) and AWP Properties (11/04/97) <br /> Cal-EPA maintains a database of potentially hazardous waste facilities identified as the Cal-Sites <br /> list. These sites are identified through the historical Abandoned Site Survey Program and <br /> federal, state, and county funded site evaluation programs. The Cal-Sites list also includes both <br /> the Annual Workplan (AWP) and Bond Expenditure Plan (BEP) sites. <br /> There are no Cal-Sites and AWP sites located on or within a one-mile search distance to the <br /> project site. <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board SLIC list(11/02/98) <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) <br /> maintains a lists of spills, leaks. incidents and complaints that have been reported within their <br /> j urisdiction. <br /> There are no RWQCB SLIC list properties on or within a one-half mile search distance to the <br /> site. <br /> LUST Properties (10/01/98) <br /> The RWQCB maintains records of reported leaking underground storage tank incidents. The <br /> RWQCB is required to submit an annual report to the state that covers the reported leaks of <br /> hazardous substances from underground storage tanks. <br /> There is one LUST listed property on or within a one-half mile search distance to the site. <br /> Derickson Trucking„ located at 15658 South Escalon-Bellota Road, this site is adjacent to the <br /> subject site. Soil was contaminated by diesel at this site. This site has been signed off by the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board.
