(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Frank and Christina Lucchetti APN: 089-070-76 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Waterloo Road (State Highway Route 88) has an existing right-of-way <br /> width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width as required by <br /> Caltrans . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway <br /> Route 88 shall be as required by Caltrans . <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $3 , 580 . 00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square foot of building as Retail Service or $159 . 10 <br /> per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and <br /> R-96-592) <br /> 3 .
