(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Frank and Christina Lucchetti APN: 089-070-76 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Waterloo Road (State Highway Route 88) has an existing right-of-way <br /> width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width as required by <br /> Caltrans . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway <br /> Route 88 shall be as required by Caltrans . <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $3 , 580 . 00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square foot of building as Retail Service or $159 . 10 <br /> per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area.
