1 <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems for all parcels under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-110.3 &9-1110.4) <br /> c. Construction of individual domestic water wells under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a <br /> State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> e. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per <br /> year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Division. (Development Title 22, Sections 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial and technical capability to ensure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 91115.9, C.C.R.
